How we handle your data

What we store

Your conversations with Flowra (your messages and its replies) are stored encrypted so you can pick up where you left off. We also keep usage numbers: token counts, credits, which tools ran.

What we use it for

Running the service. Your history powers the Conversations list, and if you report a problem we look at your conversation to fix it. That's it, unless you opt in below.

AI training

We never train AI models on your conversations. Neither does Microsoft: Flowra runs on Azure OpenAI, and your prompts stay inside our Azure boundary.

Improving the product

There's a toggle in the Conversations panel: "Let the FlowStudio team review my conversations to improve the product." It's off by default. If you turn it on, our team may read your conversations to make Flowra better. Turn it off any time. It applies from that moment on.

Retention and deletion

Conversations are deleted after 90 days. The remove button in the Conversations list hides a conversation from your view immediately. If you want a conversation or your whole history erased sooner, email [email protected] and we'll delete it permanently.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count how many people find FlowStudio AI and how far they get. It stores two cookies in your browser (_ga and _ga_G-JG031E26Z4) so a second visit is not counted as a new person. Google receives them; both expire after two years.

We record which page you arrived on, whether you signed in, started a trial, or subscribed. We do not record what you type to Flowra, and none of it feeds advertising.

To refuse it, block cookies for this site in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on. Refusing changes nothing about how FlowStudio AI works for you.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. Apart from FlowStudio and the Microsoft services that run the product, the only outside party that receives anything is Google Analytics, described above. It gets which pages you visited, when you signed in, started a trial or subscribed, which plan you are on and what it costs, and the usual things any website's analytics sees: your approximate location, browser and the page that sent you. Where you are signed in we also send a one-way scrambled version of your account id, so the same person is not counted twice across devices; it cannot be turned back into your name or email. It never gets your conversations or anything you asked Flowra.
